1) Make sure that you are choosing the INDIVIDUAL PICTURE or the CLASS PICTURE to put in your cart. If you choose the class picture,  but order an individual print - it will not be correct.

2) MAKE SURE TO CROP your image correctly on the cropping screen. You can rotate and zoom in or out accordingly.

3) Refunds will not be made for ordering incorrectly, so please double check that WHAT YOU SEE ON THE PREVIEW SCREEN IN YOUR CART IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE HOPING TO RECEIVE.
